Shipping Policy
We offer free tracked delivery on all orders within the UK using Royal Mail. We process and ship all orders within 1–2 business days from the date of purchase. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
We use Royal Mail Next Day delivery for UK orders. Based on our processing time, customers can typically expect to receive their order within 2–3 business days from the date of purchase.
Shipping fees apply to international orders, and delivery times may vary depending on location. Any applicable customs fees or import duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Dispatch Times

Orders placed before 10am (Mon–Sat) are dispatched the same day

Orders placed after 10am will be dispatched the next working day

Orders placed after 10am on Saturday will be dispatched on the following Monday
No shipping on Sundays or bank holidays. If a bank holiday falls during the shipping window, your order will be dispatched on the next working day.

Returns Policy
You have 7 days from the date of your order to initiate a return request.
To be eligible for a return, products must be:

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, which are not reimbursed. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or adding shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the arrival of returned items.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, we will issue a refund for the cost of the item, provided it is returned unopened and in the same condition as received. Refunds are only available within 7 days of the order date. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Items purchased during a sale or promotion are still eligible for return under the same conditions listed above.
